Speaking

I offer engaging talks for clinicians and interactive workshops for businesses and the public on a variety of topics. (View my resume here!) My specialty is bringing an intuitive eating and weight-inclusive lens to treatment of chronic health conditions like cancer and diabetes. I bring humor, audience participation, and a theatrical flair to my presentations. I especially love “breaking free of the average PowerPoint” with PechaKucha-style storytelling. In my presentations, I show how to help people liberate themselves from restrictive nutrition rules and body shame, and how this can free up energy to live a joyful, abundant life.
