I passionately believe that you are more than what you eat. Working with me can help you learn to trust your own body to tell you what it needs to feel good. I support you in liberation from the diet rules that have been holding you back, so that you can think less about food and focus more energy on living a joyful life.

Dieting doesn’t work. I help people care for the bodies they have rather than trying to change them.

We are told too often that our health and even our worth is determined by our body shape and size, but this isn’t true.  We all need the same things: nourishing food that tastes good, movement that feels good, and activities that bring us joy. Together we will discover what this looks like for you.
